Design services are $120 per hour.
This includes:

• Product Development
• Electronic Design
• Software Design
• Field Service
• Consultation on:
  • Existing product enhancements and re-designs
  • New Product strategies and planning
  • Off shore manufacturing
  • End of Life component issues
  • Design Reviews
  • On Site engineering, testing, installation, and troubleshooting services.

Estimates:

• Cost estimates are based on conversations at the beginning of a project.
• Estimates are not a guarantee of total cost or project time.
• Work to prepare estimates beyond two hours time will be billed at engineering rates.

Payments:

• Travel time is billed at 50% of the above rate.
• Priority after hours or weekend on-site services are billed at 150% of the above rates.
• Project services, supplies, and materials are billed at cost.
• All services are billed on a time and materials basis.
• Invoices are to be paid within 5 days from invoice date.
• If an invoice is past due, all work will cease until prior invoices are paid in full.
• In some cases, pre-payment may be necessary for work to start.
